The Town of Cheshire, Connecticut is seeking proposals for design professional services for an adaptive synthetic turf field at Cheshire Park. Proposals must be submitted by December 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM to the Cheshire Public Works office. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required. The town reserves the right to amend or terminate the RFP and award the proposal based on its best interests. The town will not accept submissions by email or fax. Proposals are valid for 60 days after the opening date. Questions must be submitted in writing seven business days before the opening date.
The bid notice states proposals must be received in the cheshire town hall, department of public works andengineering, room 213, 84 south main street, cheshire, ct **** prior to the date and time theproposals are scheduled to be publicly acknowledged.
The town will accept the proposal that, all things considered, the town determines is in its bestinterests.
Consideration will be given to such matters as demonstratedexpertise and experience in providing engineering services to connecticut municipalities, integrity, compliance with applicable laws, strong record of past performance, qualifications and experienceof the professional proposed to provide services to the town, and financial and technical resources.
Any proposer who intends to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation must have its designated representative attend the mandatory preproposal conference.
