Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Project limits include 1. 85 acres, with an expected disturbance of 0. 8 acre within project boundaries. Project limits for the offsite waste area includes 9. 35 acres, with an expected disturbance of 0. 2 acres. No trees over 3 DBH will be removed as part of this project. No streams or waterways will be impacted. Rock, debris, and coal refuse washed out uphill from a residence, blocking a driveway to one home and filling the yard up to another house with the debris and slide material, causing extensive damage to the property. Drainage from above where an old pond is located washed out during a heavy rain, releasing the material. A short term cleanup project will take place to restore driveway access for both homes, clean up the slide material in the yard, and install temporary protections in anticipation of a larger project to reclaim the area up the hill. Slide material will be hauled to a previously used AML waste, a site 2. 9 miles from the project site on a reclaimed and fully released permit area. The waste material we be buried under topsoil excavated at the waste site to promote proper revegetation. The ditch above the driveway will be cleaned out and re- established with a temporary sump and silt trap as well as a debris barrier to prevent further damage.
