The County of Dutchess seeks a qualified nonprofit **** contractor to develop and operate a Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCIT) to serve individuals with mental health and substance use disorders across the county. Services must be 24/7, 365 days a year, and provide person-centered, trauma-informed care, aiming to offer alternatives to hospitalization. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with potential extensions.
