The Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) seeks proposals for System Integration Testing (SIT) for vintage trolleys. The scope covers testing, verification, documentation, and certification of mechanical, electrical, braking, propulsion, communication, and safety-critical systems. Phase I (4 trolleys) must be completed by November 6, 2026, and Phase II (2 trolleys) by March 31, 2027. Proposals must be submitted by October 9, 2026.
