LMH seeks qualified contractors for recurring trade services, make-ready work, and corrective services in vacant or occupied residential units. The contract structure is multiple award task order contracts with an initial one-year term and up to two one-year renewals. Proposals must be valid for 120 days. Performance standards include routine discrete services in one to two business days and routine predefined bundles in three business days. Labor standards, including HUD maintenance wage and Davis-Bacon requirements, apply. Proposals must be submitted electronically or via email by October 19, 2026.
