The site visit will occur on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:30pm AKST, attendees will gather at building **** third floor conference room. vendors are limited to 2 two attendees each.

The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

The vendor must submit a consent and authorization agreement form to phl contracts.

Bids will be received until Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 9:45 a. m. CST, by the city of kenner in the finance department located at: **** reverend richard wilson drive building d kenner, louisiana ****.

Payment will be made only upon completion and acceptance of the project by kenner. contractor shall invoice kenner upon completion of work by email to purchasing@kenner. la. us.

The 15year nonprorated warranty shall specifically warrant: 1. against loss of more than 10 by weight of face fiber 2. against edge ravel, backing separation, shrinking, stretching, cupping, doming and excessive static electricity **** solution dyed yarns against excessive color loss.

Awards will be based on compliance with the specifications and the delivery and or completion date.

Contractor must complete the following affidavits as required by law and provide to kenner prior to the execution of this agreement: employment verify affidavit la. r. s. 38: ****, noncollusion affidavit la r. s. 38: ****, and past criminal convictions affidavit la r. s. 38: ****.
