Lot 1: At the discretion of DOLA and upon issuance of one or more task orders, the selected provider( s) will perform, or cause to be performed, task orders identified in this Request for Qualifications in support of DOLAs administration of long- term disaster recovery and mitigation missions in Colorado to be funded through federal, state, and/or related sources, including CDBG- DR and the DRR. Selected providers will be required to implement these services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which include, but are not limited to, the C. F. R. , HUD requirements as defined in the applicable federal register notices, and any specific requirements properly imposed by DOLA. Services will be defined more specifically in issued task orders. DOLA does not guarantee any amount of funds or Work under the Contract.
