Evaluation based on experience, qualifications, past performance, capacity, proximity, and cost. the specialized experience and qualifications of the proposing firm and the firms proposed cost of services

Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience in services. bidders must have at least five 5 years of experience in services and submit professional references.

Late start penalty up to $500 per occurrence. the city may assess up to a 500 penalty per occurrence for such late start and $500 deduction for incomplete cleanup.

Failure to submit completed bid form with all required information will result in disqualification. failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the bid
