Payments follow the State Prompt Payment Act: all payments, including late payment charges, will be paid in accordance with the state prompt payment act and rules.

Software warranty requires it to be materially errorfree and conform to requirements for the greater of twelve (12) months or the period during which the state purchases support services.

Disputes must be appealed in writing within 10 days from receipt of the city representative's decision: unless within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of its copy, the contractor mails or otherwise furnishes a written appeal to the city representative.

Proposals may be rejected if the entity is in arrears for prior expenses or fees owed to the city or not in full compliance with the provisions of the city charter and code of ordinances.

Proposers must be current with Texas Comptroller, provide certifications, permits, licenses, and insurance. proposer is current with the state of texas comptroller of public accounts
