Substantial completion is anticipated by 10/30/26, with final completion by 11/30/26.
Payment will be made within thirty (30) days after the acceptance of a proper invoice. Invoices shall be submitted to Tualatin Valley Fire Rescue, Attn Accounts Payable.
The contractor warrants that materials and equipment will be of good quality and new, work will be performed skillfully and in a workmanlike manner, free from defects, and conform to contract documents. This warranty excludes damage from abuse, modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. The warranty period is one year after final completion.
Quotes will be evaluated on unit pricing and product specifications. Contracts will be awarded to the most responsive and lowest-priced contractor that meets all technical specifications.
Contractors must be qualified and interested in providing infrastructure installation for drone docking stations. They must attend a mandatory site walk and submit required attachments including contractor information, quote form, and references.
A mandatory site walk will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM. Prospective bidders must attend all three sites.
Questions must be in writing before August 3, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
Late quotes will not be accepted or considered. Contractors must attend the mandatory site walk to be considered.
