Proposers must be a nonprofit corporation, have current medical certification or the ability to obtain it, and have no record of unsatisfactory performance with any government agency or county department.
False certification for local preference can result in ineligibility to transact business with the county for one to three years. Making a false certification for the Iran Contracting Act may subject the proposer to civil penalties, termination of contract, and ineligibility to bid for three years.
Site visits may be conducted to verify information submitted in the RFP and to determine if the proposed facilities are appropriate for the proposed services.
Protests based on any omission or error, or on the content of this RFP, may be disallowed if not submitted in writing prior to the deadline for submission of questions (July 15, 2026) or at least ten calendar days before the deadline for proposals (August 5, 2026), whichever occurs last.
Failure to adhere to the sole contact point policy may result in disqualification. Late or incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Failure to register with the ePro system prior to the deadline will result in disqualification. Failure to provide requested information regarding criminal and civil proceedings may result in disqualification.
The annual aggregate amount for all awards under this RFP shall not exceed $10,000,000. The projected allocation for this service is approximately $2,000,000 annually or $10,000,000 for the five-year period.
