The City of Philadelphia is procuring sleeves and valves. All quotes must be submitted electronically through phlcontracts by the bid opening date and time (October 21, 2026, 10:30 am). Bids will be evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility, and awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible seller. A bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the gross bid amount is required. Products must be delivered within ninety (90) days after receipt of order. Successful sellers must guarantee all products for one year from the date of installation.
