SAM. gov registration is required. Offeror must provide: tax id and sam uei with quote.

Late quotes may be rejected at the contracting officers discretion.

All supplies and associated accessories shall be delivered to the following addresses within 90 days upon receipt of the purchase order.

Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract.
