The terms of payment shall be net 30 following inspection and acceptance of goods/services or receipt of invoice, whichever is later, unless agreed to otherwise.

The county reserves the right to award this contract to the firms that demonstrate the best ability to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation, based on the qualifications and evaluation criteria outlined herein and factors other than lowest price.

To be considered for award of this contract, the following minimum qualifications must be met: 1. the firm motel must have a minimum of one 1 year of experience providing similar services.

Offerors who fail to perform in accordance with their response are subject to the county striking that offeror from future bidding opportunities for a period to be determined by the procurement manager.

A preproposal conference is scheduled for September 14, 2026, 1pm, and any contractor wishing to provide a response should attend the conference.
