BCBE seeks a turnkey integrated technology solution for a fiber-based WAN, operational by July 1, 2027. The solution must support VoIP and provide a minimum 100gb dedicated internet pipe (40gb minimum current). The contract period is July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032. Evaluation criteria include price (35%), quality of design (30%), indirect cost (20%), experience (10%), and E-Rate ability (5%). Bidders must provide a transition plan and meet specific resiliency requirements.

The criteria used are price of eligible products (35%), quality of the design solution (30%), indirect cost (20%), vendor experience (10%), and demonstrated ability to work with E-Rate (5%). the following criteria are used by the bcbe to evaluate the total value of the vendors response, provided the response meets the requirements specified within this proposal: o 35 price of eligible products including total cost of ownership of the proposed solution.
Vendors must have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience in the relevant industry and possess a valid state of Alabama business license. a minimum of five 5 consecutive years of experience in the relevant industry is required.
