The City of Redding seeks consultant services for upgrading the SCADA system and PLC hardware at the Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Key tasks include system programming, hardware procurement/replacement, installation, integration, and training. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for September 24, 2026. Contractor shall submit monthly invoices to city for work completed to the date of the invoice. all invoices shall be itemized to reflect the employees performing the requested tasks, the billing rate for each employee and the hours worked.
Hardware and equipment must carry a minimum of 12 months warranty, and software/integration shall be warranted for 12 months after acceptance. consultant shall warranty and handle all issues including repairs and replacement of the hardware for a period of 12 months.
