The City of Grand Rapids seeks general painting services on an as-needed, job-order basis for a one-year term contract with two one-year renewal options. Services must be performed by local, qualified contractors. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and materials. Quotations for individual service needs must be provided within one week of request. The city reserves the right to award to multiple contractors. All work must comply with city standards. Hourly rates must be inclusive of all costs, including profit. Security checks are required for all contractor employees.
The contractor shall warranty the completed work for one year from the date of final completion, and shall promptly repair, replace, or restore any finished work in which defects of materials or workmanship are deficient.
