A contractor, subcontractor or supplier who fails to provide proof of business registration or provides false business registration information shall be liable to a penalty of 25 for each day of violation, not to exceed 50,000 for each business registration copy not properly provided or maintained under a contract with a contracting agency.

Failure to submit the required information is cause for automatic rejection of the bid or proposal.

There will be a voluntary prebid meeting for this project on september 9, 2026, at 11:00am at the site 175 sunset ave, toms river, new jersey.

all rfis are due by no later than september 23, 2026, utilizing the the bidnet direct portal only.

Failure to submit a bid guarantee shall result in rejection of the bid.

Bids shall be electronically uploaded no physical bids shall be received, opened, or honored. The bidder must ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time.

Invoices will be processed for payment only after inspection and acceptance of the order shipment by an authorized representative of ocbh.

The successful bidder shall provide coverage so that all insurance coverage must be ineffect no later than 12: 01 a. m. est at the start of the day of the contract and remain ineffect for the duration of the contract, including any extensions.

There may be deducted from the amount payable to the contractor by the contracting public agency, under this contract, a penalty of **** foreach person for each calendar day during which such person isdiscriminated against or intimidated in violation of the provisions of the contract.
