The Town of De Beque is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for housing planning and capacity building consultant services. The project aims to strengthen the town's ability to address local housing needs through strategic planning, staff development, and policy evaluation. Services may include housing policy evaluation, preservation strategies, development opportunities, regulatory review, funding identification, neighborhood revitalization, and support for the town's comprehensive plan and Proposition 123 commitments. The anticipated contract term is through September 30, 2028. SOQs are due by July 15, 2026, 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Questions are due by June 29, 2026.
