Lot 1: AUTOMATIC SERVICE When snow accumulation is 3" or greater. Plow snow from parking lot and driving areas, Blow /shovel snow from sidewalks and entrances. Apply pre- approved deicer, apply sand to parking lot. APPROXIMATELY 40 OCCASIONS PER YEAR. ENTER TOTAL CONTRACT TERM FOR SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE FROM SCHEDULE B AS YOUR BID IN SIGMA.

Lot 2: AUTOMATIC AND ON- CALL When hazardous conditions occur - Deice parking lot, driving areas, sidewalks and entrances. Apply contractor supplied pre- approved deicer on sidewalks and entrances Apply contractor supplied sand to parking lot and driveways. APPROXIMATELY 10 OCCASIONS PER YEAR. ENTER TOTAL CONTRACT TERM FOR DEICE /SAND APPLICATION SERVICE FROM SCHEDULE B AS YOUR BID IN SIGMA.

Lot 3: ON- CALL ONLY Front end loader, bucket truck, dump truck, etc. on site to push /remove accumulated snow to maintain adequate parking spaces. Accumulated snow removal is ON- CALL only. Snow must be relocated to program manager specified location. APPROXIMATELY 4 OCCASIONS PER YEAR. ENTER TOTAL CONTRACT TERM FOR SNOW BANK REMOVAL FROM SCHEDULE B AS YOUR BID IN SIGMA.

Lot 1: Furnish & service standard and handicap portable toilet units throughout island. 1x and 2x per week options. CONTRACT TERMS: 3 YEARS WITH 3 ( 1) YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. TOILETS SHOULD BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDERING.

Lot 2: Furnish & service portable toilet with sanitizing stations units throughout island. 1x and 2x per week options. CONTRACT TERMS: 3 YEARS WITH 3 ( 1) YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. UNITS SHOULD BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS MADE.

Lot 3: Additional service, cleaning, stocking of portable units throughout island CONTRACT TERMS: 3 YEARS WITH 3 ( 1) YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. SERVICE SHOULD BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDERING.
