The work shall be completed within sixty 60 calendar days from the start of the work.

Payments will be made on ninetyfive percent 95 of the labor incorporated into the project and materials suitably stored on site, since the previous application. Final payment will be made upon final closeout of the project.

Must include minimum 20-year warranty on roof system. The contractor shall be required to guarantee the improvements for a period of three 3 years from the date of final acceptance against all defects in materials and workmanship.

The contractor must possess the required local licensing that pertain to work on this project at the time of bid opening. Prime contractors are required to be designated as a responsible bidder at the time of bid submission for any bid over $150,000. The contractor must have a written drug testing program in place at the time of bid submission for any bid over $10,000.

If the vendor fails to execute the contract in accordance with their bid, the bid bond or certified check shall be subject to forfeiture. Failure to comply with the responsible bidding ordinance will result in rejection of the contractor's bid. Any bidder or subcontractor that willfully makes a false, deceptive or fraudulent statement shall be disqualified from bidding on all city projects for a period of three years.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time at the EFD Administration Building, followed by a visit to the project site.

Failure to comply with the responsible bidding ordinance will result in rejection of the contractor's bid. Submitting false information concerning compliance with the random drug testing program requirements shall result in the rejection of the bid or cancellation of the contract. Willfully making a false, deceptive or fraudulent statement or submitting false information may result in disqualification from bidding on all city projects for a period of three years.
