Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by October 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Late bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.
The county will pay within sixty 60 days of receipt by the county of the invoice with supporting documentation and approval by the comptroller.
Every unit delivered must be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship for a period of at least one year from date of delivery.
Awards will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder considering reliability, quality, conformity with specifications, and delivery terms.
Bidders must be deemed eligible by the new york state department of public service and accepted by the ldc to provide electricity supply service.
Failure to deliver may result in termination; replacement supply will made and any increase in price will be chargeable against the vendor.
Requests for interpretations must be received by the director of general services at least seven 7 days prior to the date set for the opening of bids.
Bids may be rejected if incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain irregularities of any kind including unbalanced bids.
