Firms must provide at least 3 examples of experience performing the magnitude and complexity outlined in the scope of work, including brief description of the project, customer name, and dollar value.

Firms must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award, including documenting Section 889 compliance in SAM that includes DFARS **** and DFARS ****.

The target price estimate is between 27,000,000 and 34,000,000.

Respondents must be a manufacturer/publisher, dealer/reseller, or service provider. Respondents to this rfo must be one 1 of the following: manufacturer or publisher of the offered product who will sell directly to customers through a dir master cooperative contract.
