Bids will be received by the Etowah County Commission in room 107 of the courthouse, 800 Forrest Avenue, Gadsden, AL **** attn: Melissa Lett until Thursday, October 15, 2026 @10:00 a. m. central time.

Price reductions made pursuant to this section shall not limit other remedies available to the government for failure to meet required RTATs, including but not limited to the governments right to terminate for default.

The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable.
