Laredo College seeks qualified and licensed elevator contractors for comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repairs, and emergency response services. Contract term is 3 years with two optional 1-year renewals. Proposals due October 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Award based on best value with price proposal weighted at 45 points. Contractor must be licensed in Texas with at least 5 years of experience. Emergency response required 24/7 with 1-hour onsite for entrapment. All proposals must be sealed and submitted with one original and one electronic copy on USB.

The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering price, experience, quality, and other factors. the college intends to award a contract to the proposer whose proposal is determined to provide the best value to the college.
