The city will select the most highly qualified proposers based on weighted criteria including professional qualifications, demonstrated capability, proposal fees, and policies and procedures related to quality assurance and control. The city will select the most highly qualified proposers of the requested services based on the criteria below and then attempt to negotiate with the proposers a contract at a fair and reasonable price.
Personnel must be certified by the International Code Council and licensed plumbing inspectors by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Plan review personnel must also be certified by the International Code Council. The awarded contractor will conduct building inspections and plan review for the city of Leon Valley, Texas, to include the corporate city limits.
