A bid shall be rejected when the bidder imposes conditions that would modify requirements of the ifb or limit the bidders liability to the town.

Payment is made under a formal purchase order system, and items will be inspected prior to payment to ensure conformity to specification. under no circumstances will the vendor or contractor be paid without a purchase order.

Evaluation is based on a lowest total bid cost and projected timetable for completion of services and/or delivery of goods described herein.
