The County of Westchester, through Westchester Community College, invites proposals for maintenance and repair services for sewing machines and related equipment at its Yonkers facility. The agreement term is 5 years starting around May 1, 2027, with an option to extend for 2 years. Payment terms are net 30, issued quarterly after satisfactory completion of service visits. Proposals must be submitted by October 15, 2026, at 2 pm EST. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Minority and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to respond.

Proposers must submit background information, including references, and certify compliance with various legal and ethical standards. proposers must be properly signed and received by westchester community college by the time and date specified.
The county may make site visits to the locations where the services are provided to review records, observe performance, and conduct interviews. the county may also makesite visits to the locations where the services to be provided under this agreement are performed in order to review contractors records, observe the performance of services and or to conductinterviews of staff and patrons, where appropriate and not otherwise prohibited by law.
