Work must be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days after notice to proceed. proposer agrees to commence work on this project on or before the date specified in the noticetoproceed and to show evidence he is able to complete the work fully within 365 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
A minimum one-year warranty is required. provide a minimum oneyear warranty covering labor, installation, workmanship, and all installed hardware.
Proposals are evaluated based on a 100-point system including site visit (30 points), cost proposal (30 points), and other criteria. proposals will be evaluated to determine the best contractor.
Contractors must have a valid state contractor's license. contractor shall have and maintain a state contractors license throughout the project.
Site visit is mandatory. a mandatory site visit with the crownpoint chapter house is a must for all contractors submitting a proposal.
Questions must be submitted by November 11, 2026. all questions regarding this rfp must be submitted in writing to the project manager no later than 5:00 pm local time in window rock, az on november 11, 2026.
Proposals without required documents may be considered nonresponsive. proposals, which do not include all of the listed information may be considered incomplete and nonresponsive and may not be considered by the selection committee.
