The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering factors like purchase price, reputation, quality, and past relationship. the following considerations shall be taken into account to determine the best value for the district.

Vendors must complete required certifications including felony conviction notice, criminal background check, and nonresident bidder certification. all bidders must execute the attached required documents enclosed herewith for his bid to be considered.

Proposals received late will be disqualified. any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or by any other method shall be disqualified.

Monthly itemized payment applications are required. The district may retain 5% of earned amounts. Final payment requires all closeout documents. the district may retain five percent 5 of earned amounts or the maximum otherwise permitted by law

An 8-year, 100% non-prorated manufacturer system warranty is required for turf, and a minimum 5-year non-prorated warranty for the track. provide an eightyear, 100 nonprorated manufacturer system warranty covering carpet, fiber wear and loss

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the package or combination selected by the district

Commercial deliveries are accepted between **** hrs. to **** hrs. CST Monday through Friday.

Awards will be based on the respondents submittal meeting the requirements established herein, and the contract will be awarded in the best interest of sherman independent school district. this contract is a multiple award contract to vendors as determined to offer the best value to sherman independent school district sisd reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any andor all proposals
