Bids are due August 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM for the replacement of the driving range netting and support pole system at Oak Knoll Golf Course. A non-mandatory job walk is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bidders must prequalify at least five days prior to the bid opening. The work includes demolition, pole installation, foundation construction, site restoration, and installation of new netting and hardware. Contract documents are available for download at oregonbuys. gov. The work must be completed within 60 days of the notice to proceed.
The work shall be completed in all respects within 60 days of the date of written notice to proceed.
The bidder understands that the city will be awarding the contract to the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive bid.
Prospective bidders must prequalify to be eligible to submit a bid. A prequalification application must be submitted and received at least five 5 days prior to the first anticipated bid opening date.
Bidder furthermore agrees to pay as liquidated damages, for each calendar day thereafter, the amounts shown in standard conditions, for each day the project remains incomplete.

The deadline to file a written protest or request, pursuant to the instructions to bidders to change contract terms, conditions or specifications is not less than ten 10 calendar days prior to bid opening.
The city may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject all bids for good cause upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
