Bidders must have on duty 24/7 at a dispatch center no less than two state of New Jersey certified emergency medical technicians with emergency medical dispatcher certification. bidders shall have on duty twentyfour hours a day 247 at a dispatch center no less than two 2 state of new jersey certified emergency medical technicians.

Failure to provide proof of business registration results in a penalty of **** per day, not to exceed $50,000. a contractor, subcontractor or supplier who fails to provide proof of business registration or provides false business registration information shall be liable to a penalty of **** for each day of violation, not to exceed 50, 000

Failure to submit the required ownership disclosure statement is cause for automatic rejection. failure to submit the required information is cause for automatic rejection of the bid or proposal.
