This is a request for technical assistance for a Desotec project. The period of performance is 3 years from the date of award. The project involves oversight of the Desotec Performance Demonstration Test Plan (PDTP) and Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) implementation, split sampling during the testing, review of the Performance Demonstration Test Report (PDTR), and review of air modeling, human health, and ecological risk assessments. Four tasks are defined: administration, invoices, and progress reporting; PDT oversight and split sampling evaluation; PDTR review and comments; and support for USEPA in the review of air modeling and risk assessments. The contractor must be knowledgeable of relevant regulations (RCRA subpart X and Clear Air Act part 63) and have experience in performance demonstration testing, air modeling, and risk assessments. Responses to the request for information, including a detailed capabilities statement and responses to attached questions, are due on or before May 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.

Sole source acquisition for catering services at Fort Walker from May 20, 2025 to June 6, 2025. BBNH Enterprises, Inc. is the only source deemed reasonably available due to security clearance requirements and lack of suitable alternatives. Capability statements are requested by April 28, 2025, 9:00 AM EST, to be submitted electronically to Ms. Angel Barkley.

This is an amendment to a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. The contractor will provide industrial water treatment chemicals and testing reagents for the boiler systems at Hill AFB, Little Mountain, and the Utah Test and Training Range. The contemplated contract will be a five-year IDIQ with a five-year ordering period and an optional six-month ordering period. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at ****, Offeror Representations and Certifications, with their offer. Subfactor 2 of the evaluation factors has been removed, resulting in physical samples no longer being required. The solicitation is being extended through April 21, 2025, at **** hours MST.
