Headsets Biddings - Procurement Opportunities

This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for the repair of **** headsets, handsets, microphones, and speakers. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance. Government source inspection (GSI) is required. The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is critical. The government intends to add an option quantity to the resultant contract. The contractor must meet all requirements of the contract order, including quality assurance, inspection, and testing. The government intends to negotiate with a single source for supplies or services. All proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) of the publication date will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice.

Bid submission deadline is 2:00 PM CST on April 23, 2025. Bidders must sign the bid form and provide documentation if they are a manufacturer's authorized distributor. The bid includes specifications for custom-built airboats, engines, propellers, and boat trailers. Delivery locations are specified. The state reserves the right to award the contract based on low line-item bid, low total of line items, or any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state. Optional accessories may be awarded depending on funds availability. Preference may be given to Texas bidders, disabled veterans, and products produced in Texas. Additional documents may be required. Delivery terms must be included in the bid response. Pre-delivery inspection is required at the vendor's facility.

The procurement is a firm fixed price, sole source contract. Vendors must be authorized distributors of MISC. Engineering, LLC. Responses should include FOB destination, shipping costs (if applicable), IUID labeling costs (if applicable), tax ID, UEID, cage code, small business status, estimated delivery date, and a copy of the pricelist (if available). The government will not pay for any information received.
