The contract includes a 5-year warranty on the tank and a 1-year warranty on parts. Dugway Proving Ground will purchase a new 5,000-gallon liquid nitrogen tank, including shipping and installation. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and parts for the installation, connect the tank to the existing tubing system, provide a full fill of liquid nitrogen, and conduct a leak test. The tank must be capable of safely filling liquid nitrogen into top containers or low-pressure cylinders, and have an ambient air vaporizer to vaporize the nitrogen into a gas. The tank must also be able to generate high-purity nitrogen gas and supply enough gas to run 10 analytical instruments and 50 other instruments. The installation area must not exceed 14 feet by 20 feet. The contract incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses.

The 66th Security Forces Squadron requires new shooting stalls for their 7-lane firing range. Deliveries must be made within **** days of contract award.
