The Riverside County Sheriff's Office is soliciting quotations for laundry cleaning products and services for five correctional facilities. Bidders must submit their questions online at publicpurchase. com by May 15, 2025, 1:30 PM Pacific Time. The deadline for quotation submittal is May 22, 2025, 1:30 PM Pacific Time. The quote must be all-inclusive and include delivery, sales tax, and all applicable costs. The awarded vendor will be responsible for removing existing dispensers and installing new ones, and reclaiming empty chemical containers at no cost to the county. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to split or make the award in any manner most advantageous to the county. The awarded vendor agrees that all services as mentioned in this RFQ shall be performed solely by the awarded vendor and may not be subcontracted for or assigned without the prior written consent of the county.
