The quote must be formatted as stated in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered. The quote must include a quote acceptance period of not less than 60 days from the solicitation closing date. The quote must be in MS Excel format for the price quote. The technical capability quote and price narrative can be in PDF format. The quote must be submitted in accordance with the specified format and instructions.
