This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect/
engineer services. Interested parties must submit Standard Form SF 330, Architect/
Engineer Qualifications. The contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The total fee for the contract term shall not exceed $249,000,000. 00. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term, including option years, is $10,**** task orders will be negotiated. The estimated start date is October 2025. architectural services, with a size standard of $12,500,000. 00. The government seeks the most highly qualified firm based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. Specific design and
engineering services are required, including military construction (milcon) project documentation, functional analysis, concept development, design charrettes, final design, construction documents, technical surveys, site
engineering, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, hazardous material survey, munitions of explosive concern (MEC) survey, cost and schedule risk analysis (CSRA), and others. Construction cost estimates, comprehensive interior design (CID), including structural interior design (SID) and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) are also required. Post-construction award services (PCAS) are also included. The awarded contract will be subject to specific provisions addressing the avoidance of organizational conflicts of interest. Firms must be registered with SAM. Selection criteria include specialized experience, key personnel qualifications, past performance, quality control, program management, capacity, sustainable design, firm location, commitment to small business, and volume of work.
