The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for snowplowing and applying salt/sand to parking areas and roadways at the Grand Rapids DNR headquarters. The contract is for two years, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. All costs (labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax) must be included in the unit price. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The state reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the state. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for refuse and trash collection services at the Barton Warnock Visitors Center. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2027, with an option to renew for three additional one-year terms. Respondents must quote line items 1 through 6, and are encouraged to quote all line items. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on July 17, 2025. Additional information, including specifications and terms and conditions, are attached. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid site visit. Minimum qualifications include three years of experience in providing similar services. Bidders must submit a completed company profile (Exhibit A) and past projects with references (Exhibit B). TPWD reserves the right to award the contract based on low line-item bid, low total of line items, or any other combination that serves the best interest of the state, and to reject any and all bid items at its sole discretion. Detailed invoicing and payment procedures are outlined in the document. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the IFB number and deadline. The bid must be signed and dated. The respondent must certify that neither it, nor its holding companies or subsidiaries, is listed in certain sections of the 2019 and 2021 National Defense Authorization Acts, or owned by the government of a country on the U. S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list, or controlled by any governing or regulatory body located in a country on the U. S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list. The bidder must also certify that it has not given, offered to give, or intends to give any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the submitted bid. The bidder must also certify that it has not received compensation for participation.

The awarded bidder is responsible for providing, ordering, and shipping all materials and equipment for the hihog bison handling facility, as shown in the design. All deliveries will take place at the Appalachian Hills Wildlife Area according to the specifications and schedule. The awarded bidder is not responsible for installation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage and then adding the totals for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. Invoices must be submitted to Ohio Shared Services (OSS) via email, fax, or mail.
