The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for miscellaneous bearings related parts. Vendors must be authorized parts dealers/distributors/service centers with the capability to supply parts on a regular and emergency basis. All parts must carry a minimum six-month replacement warranty. Price lists, delivery times, and any additional terms/conditions must be submitted with the bid. The purchase order is valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. All welding materials, fasteners, shop supplies, and environmental charges must be included in the labor cost. Bids must be based on the latest manufacturers published price list. Labor charges must remain firm for the duration of the purchase order. The vendor must be an authorized distributor/supplier of listed parts and supplies and provide a letter from the manufacturer. Partial bids are considered unresponsive. Shipping/freight charges must be included in the unit price. A material safety data sheet (MSDS) is required for each applicable item. The purchase order does not permit price increases. Bidders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information.
