The City of Huntsville is issuing a solicitation for modifications to the AJ Brown Wastewater Treatment Facility. Sealed proposals must be received by January 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on December 10, 2025, and/or December 15, 2025. All questions must be received by December 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The project is to be fully completed, including all restoration and inspection activities, within ninety 90 calendar days of issuance of the notice to proceed. The vendor must submit a performance bond and a payment bond, each for the full amount of award, from a certified state of texas surety company.
