The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for the removal, replacement, and installation of new pool pump equipment at Abilene State Park. All work shall be completed within ninety 90 calendar days. A nonmandatory site visit is available from January 6, 2026, through January 8, 2026. Bids must be submitted via email by January 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The contractor must have five 5 years experience in commercial pool maintenance installation. The contractor shall begin work as specified in the authorization to proceed with construction activities with all services to be completed within ninety 90 calendar days. The contractor must perform work within the timeframe agreed upon by TPWD and the contractor prior to beginning work. If contractor cannot perform the work within the timeframe stated, contractor may be subject to liquidated damages of up to five hundred and no100 dollars **** per week. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials unless otherwise stated herein necessary to furnish the goods or perform the service. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing labor, equal opportunity, safety, and environmental protection.
