The Texas State Technical College (TSTc) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) and digital wellbeing platform. The contract is anticipated to exceed $100,000 and will require a hub subcontracting plan. Suppliers are not required to meet state hub goals, but must make a good faith effort. The agreement is valid for one year, with the option to extend for four more one-year terms. Fixed prices for the first year, and any increases in the annual percentage rate during renewal periods must receive prior approval from TSTC. Demo interviews may be conducted.
