On demand carpentry services project **** On demand carpenter services as needed for hacc residential units and various administration. Units are scattered throughout Clackamas County from Estacada to Wilsonville. Bid prices below shall be good for a period of up to 730 days ( 2 years). Bid is to include all material, equipment, labor and permits, as required to perform said work. All work performed, as a result of this procurement, shall be conducted in strict accordance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. In submitting this bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the housing authority of Clackamas County to reject any and all bids. No minimum workload is guaranteed by HACC. Pricing breakdown: 1. daily hourly rate MF 8am- 5pm rate to include investigating, estimating and travel time. rate to include all permit fees and travel time. 2. emergency hour rate 5pm- 8am.
