The Little Rock Convention Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or entities to provide on-call technical production and engineering services at its managed facilities. This solicitation aims to establish a term contract with multiple awards to create a prequalified vendor pool of skilled technical personnel. Individual work orders will be issued against resulting term contracts as events arise. The contract term is one year with up to three one-year renewals. Responders must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience, possess applicable business permits and licenses, and be able to provide qualified personnel in roles such as audio engineer, lighting programmer/operator, and video engineer/playback operator. Availability to provide services seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day is required. Responders must provide both hourly and day rates, which will be fixed for the initial contract term. Pricing will be evaluated separately after the initial proposal review. Insurance coverage requirements include commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers compensation, umbrella/excess, professional errors and omissions, and employee dishonesty. All contracted personnel are required to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to safety rules and dress code.

The bid notice states that proposals will be scored based on experience and qualifications (50%), references (20%), and pricing (30%).
