The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission (LRCVB) is seeking experienced, full-service agencies for destination marketing, advertising placement, creative services, and public relations. The contract term is for two years with an option to renew for five additional years. Bidders must submit their qualifications and proposals through the AR Bid Ionwave portal by the response deadline. Pricing or fees should not be included in the uploaded bid documentation, as this may lead to disqualification. Required attachments include a completed Relationship Disclosures and Acceptance form. The LRCVB is not responsible for late or undelivered mail. All submitted materials become the property of LRCVB and are subject to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation, Professional Errors and Omissions, and Employee Dishonesty.

The responder scoring the highest on the interviews will be presented to the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission for approval. If an agreement cannot be reached with the highest-ranking firms, negotiations will proceed with the next highest-ranking firms.
A responsible responding individual or firm must have adequate financial resources, be able to comply with delivery schedules, have a satisfactory performance record, integrity, business ethics, necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, technical skills, production equipment and facilities, be legally qualified to contract in Arkansas, and be in good faith standing.
