Failure to sign the General Professional Services Questionnaire or failure to provide subcontractors' complete questionnaires, applicable licenses, and any other required information may result in disqualification. failure to sign the questionnaire shall result in disqualification of proposer pursuant to j. p. code of ordinances ****.

The successful bidder agrees that all work is to be substantially completed in 150 days upon receiving a notice to proceed.

All workmanship and material will have a one-year warranty from the date of acceptance of the project against defects. The shelter will have a 10-year limited warranty on steel framing members and powder-coated elements.

Every contract or order shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, taking into consideration the conformity with the specifications and the delivery and/or completion date.

A Louisiana State Contractors License in building construction and/or steel erection and installation will be required.
