Sealed bids will be received at the office of the township fiscal officer, Washington township, **** east captina highway, alledonia, oh **** until 3:00 p. m. on September 23, 2025. Bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the internet at www. ***. *. * must check for addenda on the website. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, Inc. at a nonrefundable cost. Bidders must submit a noncollusion affidavit, corporate resolution (if applicable), list of proposed subcontractors, experience record, insurance agent affidavit, supplemental bond acknowledgement, bid security, and proposal forms. The successful bidder will receive the unsigned contract documents and must sign and deliver them within 10 days. The owner will execute the contract within 60 days after the bid opening. Verification of insurance limits is required prior to contract execution. Collusion between bidders is cause for rejection. All bid forms, contract forms, bonds, and other documents requiring signatures must be submitted with original signatures. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda from the website.
