Madison County is seeking proposals for annual audit services (Part A) for FY25 and forensic audit, financial reconstruction, and internal control review services (Part B). Firms can bid on one or both parts. Proposals are due August 24, 2026, by 5:00 PM. The forensic engagement must be completed by December 31, 2026. Communication regarding the solicitation must be directed only to the designated county contacts. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Bidders must submit satisfactory evidence that they have a practical knowledge of the particular supply/service bid and that they have the necessary financial resources to provide the proposed supply/service. Firms must also meet specific qualifications for Part A and Part B, including governmental audit experience, forensic accounting experience, and relevant credentials.
