The bid must include the following mandatory forms in its submittal: attachment b bid cover sheet, attachment c reference check form, attachment d bid pricing form, attachment e responsibility inquiry, and attachment f certified disadvantaged business outreach plan.
Agency will not hold a prebid conference.
Prospective bidders may submit a written protest of the itb by the date set forth in the amendment, or if no date is set forth, then by the close of the next business day after the issuance of the amendment, whichever is later.
