Texas Woman's University (TWU) is seeking proposals for an annual fire sprinkler system maintenance contract. Proposals are due by July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT and must be submitted online. The contract will cover inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for fire sprinkler systems across TWU's Denton, Dallas, and Houston campuses. Services must comply with NFPA standards and Texas state fire marshal requirements. Emergency repairs require a 2-hour response time. The award will be based on the best value to TWU, considering various criteria including price and quality. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2026, which is highly encouraged but not mandatory.

The award will be based on the proposal judged to be in the best interest of TWU, considering purchase price, reputation, quality, meeting needs, past relationship, HUB impact, total long-term cost, and other relevant factors.
